Unless the item is delivered misrepresented, customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping fee is not refundable. Items returned in significantly worse condition than how when they were purchased are subject to a minimum 10% fee. Final fee to be determined by how many tiers the club has dropped according to our Condition Guide.
